In compliance with current legislation, Jazmino’s (hereinafter, also the Website) commits to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the appropriate level of security for the risk of the data collected.

This privacy policy complies with the applicable Spanish and European regulations on personal data protection on the internet. Specifically, it adheres to the following regulations:

In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Jazmino’s through the forms provided on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our file to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between Jazmino’s and the User or maintain the relationship established in the forms they fill out, or to address a request or inquiry. Categories of Personal Data:

The categories of data processed at Jazmino’s are solely identification data. Special categories of personal data, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, are not processed under any circumstances.

Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data:

The legal basis for processing personal data is consent. Jazmino’s commits to obtaining the User’s explicit and verifiable consent to process their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. It will be as easy to withdraw consent as to give it. As a general rule, withdrawal of consent will not condition the use of the Website. When the User must or may provide their data through forms to make inquiries, request information, or for reasons related to the content of the Website, they will be informed if the completion of any of these forms is mandatory because they are essential for the proper development of the operation carried out.

Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data:
